1. What we collect

We collect the minimum needed to run the services on this site:

  • Contact details — name and email when you write to us or buy a service.
  • Order information — what you purchased and where to ship it (physical goods only).
  • Gameplay telemetry — anonymous, opt-in position and attempt data inside the game. No device fingerprints, no identifiers.
  • Technical logs — standard server logs (IP, browser, timestamps) kept for security for 30 days.

We do not collect: student names or emails under education licences (class codes only), payment card numbers (handled by our processor, never touching our servers), or location data.

2. How we use it

  • To answer your enquiry — that's the only reason your contact details exist.
  • To deliver purchases — digital goods by email, physical goods by post.
  • To improve the game — telemetry informs difficulty tuning, always aggregated.
  • To meet legal obligations — tax records for sales, for example.

We will never email you marketing without explicit opt-in. The newsletter checkbox is a separate, unticked consent.

3. Who sees your data

Three categories only:

  • Payment processor — Stripe/PayPal handle card data under their own policies.
  • Shipping carrier — Australia Post for physical orders (name + address only).
  • Legal compulsion — if a court validly requires it, we'll comply and tell you where law permits.

No data is sold, brokered or shared with advertisers. Ever.

4. Your rights

Under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) you may:

  • Request a copy of everything we hold about you — email us, 30-day response.
  • Request correction of inaccurate data.
  • Request deletion — we remove what we can while keeping lawful tax records.
  • Complain to the OAIC if you're unhappy with how we handled a request.
