1. The agreement

By using reboundgameau.com or purchasing a service, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the site — we'll miss you, but that's the deal.

2. Our services

We sell digital goods (hint packs, atlases, courses, soundtracks), physical goods (editions, vinyl), live services (coaching, tournaments) and licences (education). Each service page states exactly what you get — that description is part of these terms.

• Digital goods deliver to the email you provide; check spam before assuming failure.
• Physical goods ship tracked from Adelaide; delivery estimates are shown at checkout.
• Live services happen at booked times; rescheduling rules are on each service page.

3. Fair use

We ask three things:

• Don't share your vault content publicly — the Hints Pack and Atlas are licensed to you, not the internet.
• Don't abuse the community spaces — harassment gets you removed, no refunds for bad behaviour.
• Don't misrepresent our content — reviews, streams and criticism are welcome; passing our assets off as your own is not.

4. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes your Australian Consumer Law rights. To the extent law allows: our liability is capped at the amount you paid for the service in question, and we're not liable for indirect losses.

5. Changes

Terms change with notice posted on this page and, for material changes, by email to recent customers. Continuing to use services after notice means acceptance.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of South Australia. Disputes go to SA courts or, if you prefer, we're happy to try fair negotiation first — email [email protected].
